Walgreens: UX Style Guide

Brief: Provide copy guidelines for the Walgreens Photo Kiosk Style Guide, and new UX/microcopy for an updated Kiosk experience.
Response: The Walgreens Photo Kiosk experience underwent a major update in 2018 which included new technical elements in conjunction with the Snapfish platform updates. To accompany these updates, I was asked to supply new copy/voice/tone updates. I used the enterprise-wide style guide as a starting point. Then, I adjusted the reading level for the Kiosk audience, which tends to skew older and less tech-savvy than the digital audience. Given the reading level and lack of tech savviness of the audience, it was important to provide directions to keep writing succinct, helpful and caring/empathetic.
