My process is comprehensive, holistic, and flexible. My goal is to get to know your business from the inside out, and if you need extra round of revision, extra SEO research, or more user/stakeholder interviews, no problem! We can bake that flexibility into the proposal’s scope.

What this process includes:
Phase 1: Research & discovery
Conduct research and content audit, review materials, email questions to client. Conduct client/stakeholder interviews of up to one hour total.
Phase 2: Deliver content strategy deck
This deck details strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, differentiators, basic SEO research (if required) & key messages. Get client signoff.Phase 3: First draft
Deliver conversion-focused copy. Get client feedback.
Phase 4: Second draft
Deliver next draft of copy, based on first round of edits and notes. Get client feedback.Phase 5: Finalize

White Papers
A persuasive, research-based, 2,000-3,000-word report/guide that informs readers concisely about a complex issue and presents the issuing body’s philosophy on the matter.
Estimated range: $4,000-$6,000.
What this process includes:
Phase 1: Research & discovery to fully define the topic
Conduct research and review materials (data, graphs, infographics). Conduct client/stakeholder interviews of up to two hours total.
Phase 2: Deliver a detailed outline
Outline will include an introduction, executive summary, headlines, and recommendations for visuals/graphic elements. Get client signoff.Phase 3: First draft
Deliver draft, (based on outline & provided research), that includes elements such as headlines, pull-quotes, sidebars, tables, bulleted lists, graphs, etc. Get client feedback.
Phase 4: Second draft
Deliver next draft, based on first round of edits and notes. Get client feedback.Phase 5: Finalize
Deliver clean, proofread document (ideally in layout format) & get final approval.
Case Studies
An 800-1,200-word, in-depth, analysis of a person, group, place, event, or organization in the real world, often for the purpose of deriving generalizations and other insights.
Estimated range: $1,000-$1,500
What this process includes:
Phase 1: Research to fully define the goal
Read the case; highlight relevant facts, define stakeholders + who it will be designed to help. Conduct client/stakeholder interviews of up to one hour. Form a thesis statement.Phase 2: Deliver an outline
